Classic Swedish (60 min)
Come in and relax with a soothing Swedish Massage. One of our most popular massage techniques, this is a full body massage that will be very relaxing while improving circulation and increasing oxygen in the blood.

Personalized Massage (60/90 min)
A custom massage that is designed with the clients needs in mind. This massage is any combination of the following massage techniques: Swedish, Neuromuscular, Circulatory, Lymphatic, Trigger Point and Sports/Deep Tissue.

Hot Stone Massage (75 min)
Another of our most popular massage techniques, The Hot Stone Massage is a warm relaxing treatment combining Swedish Massage with heated stones. Hot Stone is great for improving circulation while soothing sore muscles.

Sports/Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is another one of our most popular massage techniques. It offers a deeper pressure for the client with chronic muscle tension and muscle pain.

Reflexology Bundle
Reflexology with a Hot Foot Soak and Warm Paraffin Dip. Relax with a hot foot soak followed by a Reflexology treatment. This treatment helps reflexively treat organs and structures of the body while achieving balance and tranquility by treating the feet.

Neuromuscular Massage
Neuromuscular Massage is a technique that helps to restore the bodies structural and functional balance. It helps balance the nervous system while normalizing soft tissue function. It enhances joint mobility and is great for mental and emotional stress relief.

Circulatory Massage
